We use EldonCard finger-prick blood typing to identify your ABO blood group and Rh type. Together with your wellness history, eating habits, and personal goals, this informs our discussion of an individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and detoxification plan.
Detoxification guidance focuses on nourishing foods, appropriate hydration, and habits that support your body’s natural waste-removal processes. Practical benefits: A clearer nutrition plan, achievable lifestyle steps, and guidance for everyday hydration and regularity.
Blood type alone does not identify toxins or determine which detoxification methods are appropriate. Research has not established additional benefits from matching foods to blood type.
